Artistas Internacionales - Los Aldeanos
Bian Oscar Rodríguez Gala (El B) y Aldo Roberto Rodríguez Baquero (El Aldeano) ofrecieron su primer presentación publica en el año 2003 en el parque de Almendares de La Habana, oficialmente fundando su agrupación Los Aldeanos. El mismo año, recibieron el premio Rap Plaza por el tema Aveces Sueño. Los Aldeanos son un grupo de rap cubano cuyo repertorio lirical es conocido como revolucionario, pero critico de las burocracias del régimen. Grabaron su primer álbum juntos titulado Censurado durante su primer año y poco después Poesía Esposada en el 2004 mientras que a la vez El Aldeano lanzo su primer disco independiente Entre T las Musas. El siguiente año participaron en el ultimo festival anual de rap Habana Hip-Hop, y en el segundo Simposio de Hip-Hop Cubano. Poco después, en celebración de su tercer aniversario lanzaron Abajo Como Hace 3 Febreros y Bian presento su primer grabación independiente Mi Filosofía. A finales del 2006 Los Aldeanos tomaron la primera plana de la sección de entretenimiento de los New York Times en un articulo titulado ‘La vanguardia del rap cubano se estira mas allá de las rayas partidarias,” y poco después recibieron exposición internacional a través de Univision en una entrevista cual los presento como ‘revolucionarios de la Revolución.’ La atención estadounidense sembró curiosidad internacional por la agrupación, y de un día para otro, Los Aldeanos comenzaron a recibir mas interés de la comunidad internacional de hip-hop, que cualquier otra agrupación de rap cubano en la isla. En el 2007 Los Aldeanos se une a La Comisión Depuradora, un proyecto colectivo de mas de 40 emcees incluyendo Explosión Suprema, Maykelxtremo, Adversario, Hermanos de Causa, y Mano Armada entre otros, y contribuyen en la grabación de un doble CD del colectivo, producido por 26 Musas y Real 70. Simultáneamente lanzaron su cuarto disco juntos Poesía y Corazón, recibiendo el premio de ‘mejor grupo de rap’ del programa televisivo Cuerda Viva el mismo año. En el 2008 Los Aldeanos grabaron proyectos independiente nuevos, Miseria Humana y Mantenimiento al Alma de El Aldeano y Dr. Jekyll y Mr. Hyde de El B y a la vez juntos lanzaron El Atropello. En este ultimo año, Los Aldeanos han grabado con el dúo puertorriqueño Intifada, El B ha ganado la competencia nacional de improvisación de Red Bull “La Batalla de los Gallos” por el segundo año corrido, y han sido titulados los trovadores de la juventud al compartir el escenario con cantante Pablo Milanes en la Tribuna Anti-Imperialista
